Andie Edmonds’ background in finance and real estate investing provides a broad base of experience that enables her to offer comprehensive, on-target services for her clients. She strives to competently service her clients by providing value added information to produce sound results.  In today’s market that means being pro-active and utilizing creative solutions to address the unique situations created by the financial markets and the local economy.

Andie is a CCIM Designee and is committed to improving her knowledge base through regular course work. Andie focuses on leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Fratzke Commercial, Andie successfully operated a business renovating and selling homes as well as managing personal investment properties. She spent the first part of her career in the finance industry working as a stockbroker for Smith Barney and Piper Jaffray.

Andie and her husband CJ, have 3 children ages 13, 11, & 7. They all enjoy the many outdoor activities Central Oregon offers, particularly golfing, camping, and paddle boarding. Andie is on the Board of Directors for Family Access Network and also spends time volunteering with Bethlehem Inn and Central Oregon Junior Golf Association.
